About Tel Shikmona
Tel Shikmona (Šiqmônah, Hebrew: תל שִׁקְמוֹנָה, Tell as-Samakh), also spelt Sycamine, is an ancient tell (mound) situated near the sea coast on the modern city of Haifa, Israel, just south of the Israeli National Institute of Oceanography.
